Shipping Policy
Crown Mountain Farms can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Delivery Time
When we process your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will be emailed to you along with your order acknowledgment.
Calculating Cost
We ship priority mail with delivery confirmation within the 50 States.
Orders are calculated with usps.com according to weight and zones.
Free shipping available on certain items marked as "free shipping" in the cart.
International orders (including Canada) are calculated by country and weight
with usps.com and if the weight of the package is allowing it (usually under 4 pounds)
we ship as "First - Class - Mail International". Delivery time for this very economic service
is between 4-7 business days (customs allowing).
Your credit card will be charged with the actual shipping cost in addition to the amount of your order.
Our Returns Policy
You may discuss a return with us on items sold by

within 30 days of delivery for a review of the issue.
Follow these directions to return by mail:
- Call 360-894-1738 to obtain a Return Authorization Number
- Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
- Include the packing list with your product and indicate on it the reason for the return. We recommend you return items via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
- You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.
